The Los Angeles Encuentro Milonguero is a private gathering of tango lovers from around the world. It's a unique event where passionate dancers come together to celebrate the beauty and elegance of Argentine tango.
LAEM offers a perfect blend of music, social dancing, great DJs, warm embraces and delicious food, creating an unforgettable experience for all participants.

LAEM 2026 DJ ROSTER
LAEM 2026 will take place at the fantastic 3500 sq.ft El Motivo Tango Studio in the artsy and trendy Atwater Village area of Los Angeles.
The studio has been used for monthly milongas, tango marathons and commercial filming; but the main thing is that it boasts the best dance floor in all of Los Angeles!
Ballroom : (3200 sq.ft.) floating hickory hardwood floor. State-of-the-art sound equipment. Large ceiling fans.
